1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@negativeoffset.shop to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- damage, missing or have the content exposed to the outside or has the seal broke
- item that has passed the 30 days from dispatched date
